INTRODUCTION MEETING WITH THE COACH
Includes a single spot for training within a class of up to 10 athletes (based on availability)
High-paced movement and agility work
Fundamentals - instruction, review, development (for safer and more effective training)
Team atmosphere and accountability
The foundation class is important as it will give us the ability to gain a baseline of your athlete’s physical performance.
The foundation class allocates 30 additional minutes to record speed and agility metrics that include: 40 yard dash, L-Drill, Pro Shuttle Times.
The foundation class will allow us to introduce exercises he or she may not have performed before. This will aid in the transition into group sessions.
